Matthias is managing director and has been doing events for 15 years. Over the years he has been involved in various international productions and is now mainly responsible for infrastructure, planning and execution of events.

Annika Schott | Senior Event Manager
From bookings, festivals and her own party series to the organization and implementation of numerous major events - Anni looks back on ten years of experience in the event industry. At Better Life she is responsible for the smooth running of events on site as well as HR.

Paul is a versatile expert in marketing, conception and project management with more than 10 years of experience. As co-founder of the ABOUT YOU Pangea Festival and the creative studio praise, he creates extraordinary events that combine culture and commerce in a unique way.

Nina Kolodziej | Event Manager
Nina has been working in the event industry for many years. She gained experience in various event collectives and cultural associations, especially in the field of production and implementation. This is exactly what she is doing today as event manager of Better Life.
Veronika Dräxler | Fine Arts Director
Veronika is an interdisciplinary artist, debutant of GEDOK Munich and awarded as "Culture and Creative Pilot" by the German government. She develops and coordinates design concepts and advises Better Life on all artistic matters.
