2019 was a really successful year for the mobile bank N26. N26 became Germany’s most valuable Fin-Tech-Start-Up: with a business valuation of 2,3 billion euros. Since the company’s Unicorn-Party was a huge success, Better Life was assigned with the conception, organization and realization of the Christmas Party.

The briefing said: “Do something wicked”. On the night of the party, the employees and guests saw how “something wicked” looks like: an alternative Christmas market in the Berlin Malzfabrik: street food, circus performers, a fireshow and a temporary club within the winding walls of the old factory building that stretched over three levels, five bars and two dance floors. Besides a live concert and sets by well-known DJs, there was a market for festival outfits and – once the guests made it all the way to the top – a rooftop cocktail bar with a stunning view over Berlin.
